Kids Excelleration Triathlon 2012
These two kids were amazing! They got hammered, swamped, run over and nearly drowned in the swim, but once they found space for biking and running: POW! They ran and biked away from the crowd.

I had one of those but nobody showed me how to get my fingers out and it really scared me. I think I was 7 or 8 yrs old at that time. Have you figured out the secret?
ReplyDeleteWell done Mitch and Katie!! Bop and I are so proud of both of you. Looks like a hot day in Vancouver. I guess it is time for all the Spences to get on a plane and come East for a holiday. We promise no races only fun with grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousins....see you soon.
