JW, D, Jill and Jeff took an entire soccer team (well, actually 8 kids) to run amuck at playland. It appears JW is having his share of the fun before succumbing to the old-man dizziness syndrome that plagues all adults over the age of 45...

Kids Excelleration Triathlon 2012

These two kids were amazing! They got hammered, swamped, run over and nearly drowned in the swim, but once they found space for biking and running: POW! They ran and biked away from the crowd.

The swim start was orderly on the deck, but once in the water, chaos!

It's a wrap. Another successful summer camp. Two weeks down for the summer and seven to go!

Thanks to all of the people who sponsored K and I. I ran 48 laps around the field and K ran 34 laps.

At the assembly yesterday I was in a three way tie for the grade 4 boys most laps. The prize was 10 Vancouver Canadians tickets to share between our three families.
